 Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi is currently in the spotlight as he prepares to launch his autobiography, "Diyasalai," at the Jaipur Literature Festival. In a recent interview, Satyarthi emphasized the need to globalize compassion to address fundamental human issues, highlighting that despite advancements in wealth, technology, and knowledge, basic problems like child labor and inequality persist. He advocates for integrating a Compassion Quotient (CQ) into leadership across various sectors to foster more empathetic decision-making. Reflecting on his journey, Satyarthi recounted his first rescue operation in 1981, which profoundly shaped his life's mission to combat child labor and slavery.
